About this project
Gazetteer is a web app created using JavaScript and PHP. After selecting a location from the list of countries you will be provided with its position on the map along with all the major cities and airports. You are also able to view relevant information on the selected country such as the population, currency, spoken language and related news. Gazetteer also provides you with a currency converter that converts the amount given to the equivalent value in the chosen country's currency.
